Payment methods

Shopping with us? Simple, fast, and secure. Below you'll find all the available payment methods you can choose when placing your order:

Traditional Bank Transfer

• You make the payment yourself by logging in to your bank.

• You'll receive the transfer details in your order confirmation.

• You have 7 calendar days from the moment you place your order to make the transfer.

Online Payment (Fast Online Transfer)

• Convenient and secure – through our partner, an online payment provider.

• Fast transfers from your bank are available, among other options.

• Just a few clicks, and your payment will be processed almost instantly!

Remember: by using this option, you enter into a separate agreement with the payment provider. We have no control over the terms of this agreement – if you have any problems, it's best to contact the payment provider directly.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• You pay cash to the courier upon delivery. • Ideal if you prefer to see your package before paying.

VAT Invoice

• By default, we send electronic invoices (PDF) to your email address.

• Important: If you change your billing information, please let us know as soon as possible – the invoice must contain the most current information.

Payment Refunds

• We will refund your money using the same method you used to pay for your order – unless you request otherwise.

• We do not charge any fees for this.

• Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned goods or after we send you proof of shipment – whichever comes first.
