Warranty for defects

You have the right to receive goods free from defects – this is our obligation.

What to do if you notice a defect or something is wrong?

• If the package contains something other than what you ordered, you can refuse to accept it. Notify the courier.

• In the case of visible damage, you also have the right not to accept the package. Simply sign the appropriate statement in front of the courier.

Do you have a defective product? You have a choice:

• A price reduction or withdrawal from the contract – unless we replace the defective goods with new ones or remove the defect without unnecessary inconvenience to you.

• You can also request a replacement or removal of the defect – at no additional cost to you.

 If your request proves to be disproportionately expensive or impossible to fulfill, we will offer you an alternative solution.

How to return defective goods?

1. Send the defective product back to our address.

2. We will cover the shipping costs, provided that you choose standard shipping.

Complaints about the service or website

If something is not working as it should, please let us know.

Response time:

• We will review your complaint within 14 days.

• We will send our response to your email address.

If any information is missing from your report, we will contact you to request additional details.

Manufacturer's warranty

Our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

• Defects arising during normal use of the equipment – in accordance with the user manual.

• Warranty period: 2 years from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty not cover?

• Mechanical damage (e.g., dropping, impact)

• Errors resulting from improper use or storage

• Natural wear and tear of parts

• Effects of natural disasters (e.g., flood, fire, lightning)

• Attempts to repair or modify the equipment yourself

How to report a defect covered by the warranty?

1. Send an email to reklamacje@entelo.pl.

2. In your report, please include:

§  A description of the defect

§  The date it was noticed

§  The serial number/model of the product

What can the manufacturer do?

        Repair the equipment

        Replace it with a new one (if available)

        Offer a partial refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Note: Any repair or replacement does not extend the warranty period (unless the manufacturer decides otherwise).
